It took place as a Radio Resistencia Session, initiated by Martijn Van Gessel (Enfant Terrible / Vrystaete). "First record to hatch from the serpent’s egg of Würzburg’s Quirlschlängle and it will probably remain the only physical testament to the existence of now sadly defunct (?) NRW-duo Balint Brösel. This one has been captured live by the good people at Radio Resistencia and it has all the magical immediacy and intimacy we know and love from 80ies home-recorded cassette stuff like early Fit + Limo, Skating For Cover or The Kiwi-Animal. It’s a set of sparsely instrumented acoustic songs dwelling on suburban summer memories that are disarmingly beautiful in their ingenious naivety and innocence."
