Double LP
First substantial collection from Theo Parrish since Wuddaji in 2020. I say collection since he's choosing not to call this an album, though by any fair estimation, that is exactly what it is. We're in signature Parrish country, oscillating between a few quick-impact shorter form cuts and two notably outsized pieces that typically suggest the well remains ever wet for the man that always can. The quality is consistently high and so everyone's gonna take something different from this, but i can't see past the 19 minute long Dance Alone, a rhodes driven deep house dive that i'd happily see the sun up with a few times over. Look, the words are needless. It's a new Theo Parrish long player. The guy never misses. Time stands still for the fella.
