I remember this coming out back in 2015 and was surprised to recently discover how much original copies are now trading for. Nice to have it back at a nice price. Carefree, soft-touched electronica that's so far removed from the context of 2020 you might now consider it escapist. Though outta the Netherlands, this always felt to me like it was kissed with the saudade of late noughties Sweden - Sincerely Yours, Service, Studio and their Information imprint et al. Plays nice alongside that Steve Hiett album too, lonely island music for pretty souls. I suppose even playboys get the blues? You know the kind of thing. Shamelessly I still enjoy this a great deal.
