Pretty smitten with this mid 80s symphonic majesty that just walked its way in the door. I know little of Shelleyan’s story, but given the label and period, I’m hearing a contemporary of Virginia Astley in the church bells on a Sunday morning ambience on display here - think Hope In A Darkened Heart more than From Gardens Where We Feel Secure. Songs of praise indeed.
