Forty releases in and Good Morning Tapes continue to find new inspiration in the Nu Age international underground. It's a seemingly limitless scene existing in its own parallel world, and as per usual, this is an entirely new name for me. Saphileaum is the alias of Georgian producer, Andro Gogibedashvili, an outlet he uses for his determinedly spiritual-minded deep house indebted electronics. The clue was probably in the title. Transpersonal Experience feels strangely free of pretense and unaware of fashions, floating in its own tranquil space. This wont be to everyone's taste, but the ethereal tribal rhythms of closer Kosmosi are expertly realised, an equal to near anything in the highly lauded 12th Isle universe.
