There's a lot to be said for reliability. It'll be of no surprise to anyone what the new record by the brothers Eno sounds like. Never a bad thing as far as I'm concerned, but right now i'd go as far to say it's vital we've a little stability. Grass stays green. Sky stays blue. The Eno gene retains a princely grasp of elegant minimalism. This is quite literally the inverted sound of sibling rivalry, a sedate affair heavy with the gravitas of a late summer evening alone. Everyone fucked off to bed, only the insects and the breeze. Earnest as you like for sure, but these are nothing if not serious, emotional times after all.
