Giant Swan's Robin Stewart joins the TTT fold with a four track selection of subterranean dub excursions. The two cuts on the A are dread-steppers of distinction, but it's the other two on the flip that i keep coming back to. The aqueous (and fittingly titled) Not Buoyant in particular is the star performer, ocean-deep and spacious in a way that reminded me of Pole 3. Textually beautiful music with a real physical dimension. That should come as no surprise from someone in Giant Swan of course, but it's good to hear Stewart invert his harsher instincts and make something so subtly crafted.
