Experiences Ltd close out a banner year with this Perila and Ulla collab, an engaging and immersive tableaux of digital fauna that's got one foot through the stargate and the other in Fern Gully. Eleven tracks, each labelled LOG1 through to 11, arranged as a series of glitched-out fragments and iterations (glitcherations?) that play as if snapped off from a bigger whole, and one in which both artist's contribution is identifiable: Ulla's otherworld bliss sits neatly alongside Perila's decayed hardware aesthetics as if it couldn't be any other way. Product of the hive mind! Perhaps consider these Gas' Tal 90 or Oval's Do While in miniature, an assortment of ambient postcards sent from the VR forest, one leaf, bird call and babbling brook at a time, and every bit as edifying as that sounds. It's been a productive year for the Huerco S adjacent world, and just as Ulla opened it with a bang (get that back in print please), LOG ET3RNAL signs it off in high end style.
