K-Group's Paul Toohey dives into the hard drive for these two previously unheard examples of trademark slow-moving artful drone. Not a single moment of excess in sight here, his guitar stripped to the bone, air sucked from the room, adrift in negative space. The titles remain typically vague, leaving the listener alone with their own thoughts, a sometimes terrifying other times revelatory place to be depending on your mindset. It's as dense a fog as ever, but what is clear is that Toohey remains expert in balancing control, chaos and its attendant suggestion.
