One and only press of Canada's answer to Severed Heads, in the original screenprinted fold-over sleeve and with the insert (fancy!). You might recall from earlier in the year us posting a few times about the Musique Plastique-issued compilation of material taken the band's three records. That collection showcased the band's full range - proto-electronic experimentations, dub, EBM, ambient, noise - but their debut is a more focused affair. Here I'm mostly reminded of 'Dead Eyes Opened' , Short Term Memory, even a little early Chris & Cosey, with a touch more dub-orientation. But just a touch. Which is to say this is A-class early electronics fare. On the band's own label, they only ever pressed 500 of these, so understandably it's not something you see very often let alone in the UK. One for the heads and collectors for sure.
