Possibly unofficial (i'm happy to be enlightened either way) re-press of the acid-fried, feedback-drenched French demo tapes of the legendary Japanese psych/noise progenitors, which just like pretty much the rest of their extensive recorded output, remains a riddle wrapped up as a conundrum. I'm not entirely sure when this was recorded (the mythos seems to suggest sometime in the 80s, possibly not in France), but even if it was tomorrow we'd still be marvelling at just how titanic a blow out these recordings are. Just three songs, but a lot of minutes committed to their own distinctly out there rock n roll nirvana, which takes a good old look into the eye of the mind and then sets its controls for the heart of the sun. This has to be considered a rubicon moment in noise rock evolution, a template for the mighty Boris, Sun City Girls, Bardo Pond et al. Proper blast your soul moments. All hail.
