Brorlab - s/t 7"

The first track is called 'Pee Is the Solution'. The scene is set. The tone is low. I'm instantly interested. Brorlab are a three-piece straight outta Antwerp with around nine minutes and eight songs of scatological, fluid stained buzzsaw brat punk action that's equal parts personality, primitive expression and (quite literally?) pisstaking. I'm a sucker for red-lined drum machines, and Brorlab's are turned all the way up to 11. Screamers 40 years evolved! And while it's not exactly on the money, it's definitely got a touch of the early Smell feel to it, but with a little European arthouse perversion added in the mix. And they'd fit very nicely alongside Empath at your next warehouse show. Hell of a debut. And the sleeve itself is a thing of wonder. From Ultra Eczema we'd expect nothing else.
