Rezzett - Boshly

Hot on the heels of their second LP comes this surprise and one time only 12" pressing from everyone's favourite tekno-jungle hybridists. Makes sense that these four tracks didn't make it to Meant Like This, as they're in slightly more playful, absurdist mood here, mutating the continuum with particularly aggressive vim this time out, Dots and Kermit in particular evoking Where Were U in '92 mashed through the blender scene in Gremlins. Hypercolour in slime-scale perhaps? All the colours of the dystopian acid rainbow... BOSHLY indeed! Closer, Extra Redundant, is the closest they get to the LP, a muted comedown heard through the walls of last night's memories, which seems to me about as accurate an understanding of Rezzett as i can drum up. Not many of these kicking around. You'll miss it when it's gone, so you know what to do.
