Intriguing botched electronics from Tsiblis' Lusor on the equally fresh Sarkit imprint. Unw(o)nted arrives without much biographical context and a lot of conceptual framing, described as "different kinds of sonic fiction", which seems to be a way of describing a set of disassociative, fractured sounds happy to skirt the outeredges of experimental ambient and techno. Lusor is likely only adhering to its own internal logic, though you'd not be surprised to see this turn up on sferic 3XL or West Mineral, which gives a solid indicaton as what to expect, but doesn't fully describe how restless and wide ranging the whole collection is - you could feasibly label this a compilation of different unknown acts and not be caught out for doing so. Unmoored and unsettled Lusor may be, but when your inspiration is running this high, why reign it in? Inexplicably low edition of 20.
