I'm not really sure what's happening in Sweden right now that's prompted the recent outpouring of top top top electronic/experimental/noise magic coming from those shores (Neutral, Amateur Hour, everything Forlag For Fri Muzik is putting out), but long may it continue - perhaps the famed liberalism central to Scandi life might be to thank? who knew anything good would come of that... ANYWAYS, this new Kali Malone with Acornym is just the business for these strangely (worryingly?) mild early Spring days. No idea who's responsibe for what here, but given Kali's Organ Dirges record from last year, I'd assume she's the one providing the drone, and Acronym is bringing the beats. Reminds me in part of that Loidis 12" from last year, albeit a little more crunchy around the edges. Like if Hecker made a minimal techno record, sort of. The front cover says more about this than my nonsense rambling.
We've managed to get three of these. Seems to be sold out everywhere else now, too.
