From Saturday 21st March onwards we’ve decided it’s in the best interests of the public to close for the foreseeable future. We were holding on for as long as possible out of a grim necessity and were obviously taking all of the recommended measures to ensure a hygienic space, but without any definitive decision from the government (or any defined leadership at all tbh) we’ve had to act unilaterally. It’s literally a life and death situation now. This is not virtue signalling - we respect the decision of any small business that is having to remain open throughout this.

We’ve yet to be offered any clarity on the terms of the proposed small business grants which might help us survive this, but we’re crossing our fingers we’ll be eligible. In the meantime, we will be running our online store as per usual. We’ll keep posting as long as the post office is open. I’d be happy to deliver myself if you’re London based. Just ask. We’re flattered and a little overwhelmed by the number of people who have bought things from us the past week or two. Thank you. It’s true it’s just music, but also music is the thing most of us enjoy the most. Stay healthy and sane, and let’s make sure the future we wake up into is better for this. Xx
