The first Inner World of 2021 arrives courtesy of one of the best of 2020. Fast Edit, the 'second' (if you don't count the tapes) album from Still House Plants was a hyper-intense clusterfuck of DIY messthetics, hardcore brashness and avant garde attitutde which had be grabbing for a slew of references, none of which seemed to be fully on the money. With this mix, they confound further, venturing out ino the deep waters of mod(d). composition and the electronic underground, suggesting all sorts of possibilities. A lot of new names and ideas to explore here, SHP doing exactly what these mixes were intended to do. Preach!
